LEAN & GREEN PRODUCTION

Our six- step process for helping you reduce waste and costs in your operation and become competitive in your current and future markets includes providing a project manager to help perform the following:

1. Train your leadership team on lean production concepts.
2. Develop a Steering Committee to provide direction and guidance for the design team(s) and analyze market requirements.
3. Develop, train and facilitate Design Teams to redesign core and support work processes including variance analysis and cycle time reduction of each process.
4. Facilitate Design Teams to redesign the organization’s structure, human resource and IT systems, skill requirements, styles and symbols for a new culture and market focus.

5. Develop change implementation plan including training for new skills and responsibilities using redesigned work processes, IT systems and methods for leading employees and working together.
6. Provide follow up to implement the change plan for a lean and highly competitive organization.
