On-Site Services
Workplace Solutions’ experienced IT professionals serve as your own IT department. Technology can be confusing and frustrating. Whether you need help installing a new computer, learning to use your computer or software, upgrading a component, setting up a network or repairing any computer issues, our technicians will make your technology work for you. If you have one computer or a network of advanced systems, we can provide the solutions you need.

Monthly Maintenance
Keep your computers and systems running efficiently with scheduled maintenance. Our technicians will remotely access* your computers monthly to perform the following maintenance processes to keep them running smoothly and reduce potential repair costs:

Registry and Startup Repair
Spyware and Adware Scan
Hard Drive Optimizer
Internet and Disk Cleanup
Critical Updates
Deleted Items Removal

Remote Services
No one enjoys spending time on the phone for technical support. When you need immediate assistance, we can remotely access* your computer and help you resolve the issue quickly. Workplace Solutions offers remote support plans so you have access to on-demand assistance when and where you need it.

*All Remote Access services require: your consent, high speed internet access, and our secure remote access client.

For more immediate support, subscribe to our remote support plan. This gives you access to a technician to remotely control your computer and resolve the issue you are experiencing. The monthly fee gives you access to our technician and then you pay only for the time you need.

Workplace Solutions provides onsite computer and network services. Our technicians have a one hour minimum and prorate their time after the first hour. We are available for installations, upgrades, troubleshooting and much more as needed.

Hourly Rate: $50
One hour minimum, prorated after first hour.

Computer Training
Get Basic and advanced computer training for your management or staff to improve the skill level. Courses/Classes may be customized for any level of experiences from absolute beginner to advanced material in MS Office to best practices for computer security and computing on the cheap and many other topics. Classes can be arranged from 2hours to 7hrs per day for as many days as needed.
